As a Perinatal Educator & Postpartum Practitioner, I offer holistic support across pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the early years — blending emotional care, postpartum support, infant development education, gentle sleep guidance, and community connection.

All of my work is informed by maternal–infant mental health, recognizing that a mother’s emotional wellbeing and a baby’s early experiences are deeply interconnected. By supporting both the mother and the mother–baby relationship, we lay the foundation for secure attachment, emotional resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
